The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with spacious elevators and well-marked, easy-to-navigate hallways and corridors that made getting around a breeze.
I would ask for non-slip mats in outdoor areas for better safety for senior guests.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provides a comfortable business hotel close to Madrid-Barajas airport and to IFEMA, specially designed to offer a complete service to both business travelers and those who come to the city to enjoy its fabulous atmosphere.
One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center with facilities for meetings and business events.

Comfortable bed and room, with a large balcony providing a good view. Breakfast provided was satisfying, with a broad range of Spanish dishes available.

The room with the large 1.80x2 m bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! With the Wi-Fi, bathroom with bathtub, and a minibar, it was just what we needed for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring Madrid.
The ceiling fan was a bit noisy, but that's just me.
